Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Marilyn Tavenner and MIT economist Jonathan Gruber testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee about enrollment issues with the Affordable Care Act.
If you are caring for patients during that time, set your recorder. It is my view the hearing will not be limited just to enrollment. Professor Gruber’s comments regarding how the law was designed and what he thinks of the public no doubt will be explored.

The final tally was 56 percent for Dr. Bill Cassidy and 44 percent for Senator Mary Landrieu.
And the Louisiana State Medical Society (LSMS) sends out this message today:
